Our client is a global fintech that originated as the digital payment engine for e-commerce industries.
Responsibilities
- Drive both direct sales and channel sales, ensuring a healthy mix of both to optimize market reach and revenue generation.
- Enable top IT software partners to scan the top 5 banks, wallets, and telcos to build a qualified pipeline.
- Rally the relevant resources within the company to follow up and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with sales teams, product managers, and senior management within the company to ensure alignment of business development strategies.
- Uphold the company's ethics and compliance culture, reinforcing our reputation as a company dedicated to quality and integrity.
Requirements
University graduate from a recognized ASEAN university.
- 8–10 years of experience in identity security and app development software sales.
- Proven success in enterprise software sales and government project BD, with a track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
- Demonstrated experience incubating and landing complex software deals within the FSI and public sector, ideally across Philippines and ASEAN.
Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of the Philippines market, particularly in the FSI, digital government, and telco sectors.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients.
- Fluency in English and Filipino (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Additional language proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage.
- Extensive network and deep personal relationships within key Philippines government and monetary stakeholders, particularly local IT partners directly influencing government procurement decisions.
- Solid understanding of app design and development lifecycle, national ID systems, and data collaboration platforms.
- Familiarity with digital government initiatives and their digital transformation roadmap.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven virtual team leadership capabilities and the ability to manage and motivate others to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse work environments. Due to the current state of readiness and ongoing work to establish the overseas entity in the country, the candidate will be required to sign a full time employment contract with a local EOR.
