What the Candidate Will Do
- Program Growth: Own and grow the affiliate program by recruiting, activating, and managing top-performing affiliates, influencers, and publishers.
- Campaign Optimization: Optimize campaign performance through continuous testing, data analysis, and ROI-focused decision-making.
- Relationship Management: Develop strong partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication, deal negotiations, and daily support.
- Market Intelligence: Detect trends and identify opportunities by staying up to date with affiliate marketing innovations, tools, and competitive insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design, development, media buying, and content teams to ensure the affiliate channel aligns seamlessly with broader marketing goals.
- Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on partner and campaign performance, taking proactive steps to scale successful initiatives and optimize underperforming ones.
- Industry Representation: Represent the brand at key industry events and conferences to expand their professional network and enhance the client's market reputation.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Core Experience: Experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing is strongly preferred.
- Transferable Skills: Experience in related fields such as Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Sciences, or HR will be highly valued for transferable insights and perspectives.
- Marketing Metrics: A solid grasp of performance metrics (such as EPC, LTV, CR, CTR) and how to leverage them for campaign optimization is considered a significant advantage.
- Data Mindset: A strong data-driven mindset, with confidence in managing spreadsheets, utilizing dashboards, and interpreting complex performance trends.
- Commercial Acumen: Well-versed in negotiation tactics, relationship-building, and strategic thinking.
- Cultural Fit: A collaborative professional who thrives working across diverse teams and values a positive, supportive work culture.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is considered a major plus.
- Execution: High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, excellent time management, and proactive problem-solving skills.
