Job Description: Social Media Manager (Instagram & Reddit)

Our client is seeking a senior, self-directed Social Media Manager to take full ownership of organic user acquisition across Instagram and Reddit, with secondary support for TikTok. This role is built for a strategic operator who can independently steer the direction, execute at high volume, analyze data, and rapidly iterate.

Role Overview

The core focus of this position centers on Instagram and Reddit, where the target audience lives and traffic converts. While main social profiles remain platform-safe, they serve as top-of-funnel pathways directing users toward an NSFW AI girlfriend product. On Reddit, the work involves direct engagement and posting within NSFW subreddits.

Beyond direct execution, the Social Media Manager will brief and manage internal or external video content creators, setting clear creative direction for video shoots and ensuring content performs. This is a senior, part-time position suited for an experienced growth specialist who knows how to promote an adult product sustainably without triggering permanent account bans.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the organic social media strategy across Instagram (primary), Reddit (close secondary), and TikTok.
• Drive high-volume posting, monitor channel analytics, and pivot strategy rapidly based on performance data.
• Navigate platform constraints skillfully, keeping public profiles compliant while effectively funneling traffic to the core product.
• Execute direct community engagement and content placement within relevant NSFW subreddits.
• Brief, direct, and manage video content creators to ensure production aligns with current trends and performance goals.
• Leverage AI tools across content creation, scripting, video editing, scheduling, and analytics to operate at a multiplier of standard human capacity.

Requirements

• Verifiable track record of Instagram growth, supported by account links, follower growth curves, and analytics data demonstrating scale from low thousands to hundreds of thousands (or higher).
• Deep, practical experience growing traffic on Reddit without triggering site-wide or subreddit bans, demonstrating an intimate understanding of account age, karma requirements, subreddit rules, and moderator dynamics.
• High degree of AI fluency with a proven workflow for scaling content operations using AI assistance.
• Demonstrated ability to market and promote adult products successfully while maintaining account longevity.
• Highly self-directed work ethic with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience scaling OnlyFans or independent creator accounts from scratch to meaningful traffic and revenue.
• Proven track record of scaling TikTok accounts and driving external web traffic.
• Experience building or utilizing custom automation for parts of the content pipeline.
