Your Role
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts in high-growth, fast-moving industries, with a particular focus on dating, adult and emerging digital industries. The role demands an expert sourcer, a strong communicator, and someone who understands the art of hiring in niche markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Proactively source, engage, and close candidates for high-value marketing, sales, business development, and affiliate management roles.
- Conduct various sourcing techniques (headhunting, direct outreach, referrals) to attract top candidates (active or passive) for go-to-market (GTM) roles from our clients.
- Outreach to passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and industry events.
- Source candidates across all seniority levels, from C-level executives to operational roles.
- Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
- Utilize multi-channel recruiting (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, industry forums) to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Candidate Engagement & Hiring Process
- Act as a brand ambassador for and our clients, ensuring high candidate engagement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring candidates move smoothly through interviews. Guide candidates through the recruitment process.
- Maintain timely follow-ups to keep candidates engaged and reduce drop-offs.
- Conduct pre-screening and interview prep to ensure candidates are aligned with client needs.
- Track and update candidate progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Industry Networking & Brand Growth
- Build and nurture relationships with top talent pools, staying ahead of market hiring trends.
- Attend major industry conferences (i.e., Adult, Affiliate) to source and meet candidates.
- Strengthen brand by maintaining a strong social media presence and thought leadership in hiring communities (e.g., LinkedIn posts, recruitment trends)
- Operational Excellence & Recruitment Strategy
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, helping them refine job descriptions and hiring strategies.
- Develop tracking and reporting systems for measuring recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, retention rates).
- Optimize and continuously improve the hiring process, ensuring efficiency and a high success rate.
- Lead recruitment campaigns and pipeline building efforts for long-term talent acquisition strategies.
Who Were Looking For
- 3-5+ years' experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or executive recruitment.
- Industry experience in Dating, Adult, or Affiliate Marketing recruitment is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to source and close candidates in fast-moving, high-stakes industries.
- Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship management skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and data-driven hiring tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage top-tier professionals. High level of professionalism and ability to adapt to various personalities.
- Ability to manage 10+ roles at a time, delivering candidates within tight deadlines.
- Comfortable with international hiring, different time zones, and remote work environments.
