Sales Manager Remote Position

We are a global digital marketing agency. We run large scale online ad campaigns for merchants and lead buyers in 40+ geos worldwide (primarily EU)
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Fractional Sales Manager to join our team in Europe, with a concentration on managing merchant relationships in the casual dating and adult entertainment sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated history of success in sales, showcasing an ability to drive revenue growth and cultivate robust client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for formulating comprehensive sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and optimizing customer engagement. Must have minimum 2 years' experience with one or more of the following-- CPA marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, adult marketing.- Experience with the dating, adult, or online gambling verticals preferred.- Proficiency with web marketing tools and platforms such as Everflow, Cake Marketing, SimilarWeb, SEMRush, and others.- Experience with CRM tools or project management software for managing sales and client relationships.- Experience with business development or cold outreach through E-mail, messengers, and other social media tools.- Experience with client relations through all manners of communication - instant messengers, phone, and in person.
General requirements-- Must be based in Europe. This job is only available to European residents. - Goal oriented in sales and business development. Sales Manager must be somebody who can simply get it done - in a professional, dry and composed manner.- Organized, attentive, and capable of capturing and retaining key clients.- Long term orientation. Sales Manager must be willing, capable, and passionate about building a long-term rolodex of sales contacts and clients in the digital marketing or adult marketing industries. 

This role is not suitable for short term work (less than several years).- Fluent communication in written or spoken English is a primary requirement. Candidates also fluent in one of these languages will be awarded highest consideration: Ukrainian, Dutch, Spanish.- Ability to work with relative autonomy. After a period of adequate training, we expect the Sales Manager to be able to be given a list of client deliverables (prospecting new clients, negotiating better terms with existing clients) and deliver on them professionally without hand-holding or micromanagement.- This is a remote role. Must be competent in working remotely. Primary means of communication with internal team is web messengers, and occasionally phone calls.- Required to attend 2-3 industry conferences in Europe per year. Sales Manager will identify new clients at conferences for developing business, as well as represent our company to existing relationships. Conference trips are paid and are considered billable hours for working.
Other Notes-*Job only available to European residents**This is a remote, fractional role. Compensation is paid based on hourly rate according to the number of hours worked. 30 maximum hours allowed monthly
