About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Consumer Platforms to build and scale our direct-to-consumer operations from the ground up. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will lead the development of a portfolio of high-traffic consumer websites, focusing on user acquisition and traffic monetization. Starting in a hands-on role, you will drive key growth initiatives while assembling and expanding a high-performance team.

What You Will Do

1. Platform Development & Growth Strategy:

  • Develop and execute strategies to build, launch, and scale consumer-facing platforms.
  • Manage project workflows and coordinate with Product and Development teams.
  • Track KPIs and report directly to the CRO with actionable insights and growth plans.

2. User Acquisition & Growth:

  • Lead paid marketing campaigns (social, search, programmatic) and manage affiliate partnerships.
  • Drive organic traffic through SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Oversee innovative traffic initiatives through the Growth team, exploring viral and emerging channels.

3. Traffic Monetization & Engagement:

  • Develop revenue streams via email marketing, push notifications, display ads, and API integrations.
  • Create and optimize retention and loyalty programs to maximize customer lifetime value.

4. Creator & Community Engagement:

  • Lead efforts to engage creators and models, managing relationships with agencies and influencers.
  • Develop engagement programs, best practices, and organize community events.

5. Team Building & Collaboration:

  • Recruit and manage a multi-functional team covering user acquisition, SEO, growth, engagement, and creator success.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Development, Marketing, and Finance to drive platform success.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of experience leading B2C platforms with a focus on traffic acquisition and monetization.
  • Strong background in the dating or adult dating sectors.
  • Expertise in SEO, affiliate marketing, monetization, and paid media buying.
  • Experience managing email and push marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with creator platforms and community management.
  • Analytical with a strong track record in traffic analysis and conversion optimization.
