Reddit Manager (Remote Position) 

Grow the presence of our creators across Reddit. If you're a Reddit power user with a deep

understanding of warming accounts, niche communities, traffic-driving tactics, and content

promotion strategies, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Account Creation & Proxy Management: Create and warm up new Reddit accounts using

safe practices, including proper proxy rotation and IP hygiene to avoid bans.

Community Engagement: Manage and grow creator-focused Reddit accounts by engaging

with niche subreddits and building authentic presence.

Content Promotion: Create and schedule high-performing content to maximize visibility and

drive traffic to creator platforms.

Subreddit Strategy: Identify high-ROI communities and content angles, while navigating

Reddits rules and culture.

Account Optimization: Continuously test, analyze, and improve engagement tactics and

Reddit-specific growth strategies.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the content, growth, and chatting teams to

align Reddit strategy with broader creator goals.

Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, identify trends, and provide insights to improve

Reddit outreach and conversions.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing Reddit accounts, especially for NSFW or creator-focused

campaigns

Deep knowledge of Reddit culture, etiquette, and subreddit dynamics

Creative content skills and ability to write copy that resonates with different audiences

Comfortable with NSFW content and navigating community boundaries

Analytical mindset with a focus on performance and growth

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment
