Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Create, launch, and optimize RTB programmatic campaigns across major networks (ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficFactory, JuicyAds, etc.).
- Manage CPC, CPM, and Flat Rate campaigns, ensuring profitability through bid adjustments, creative optimization, and precise audience targeting.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and user flows to maximize conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance in real-time, proactively adjusting parameters to meet target CPAs and KPIs.
- Use Voluum and other tracking solutions to analyze performance, extract insights, and refine buying strategies.
Traffic Growth & Expansion
- Identify and onboard new sources of traffic, negotiating deals with ad networks, SSPs, and publishers to diversify inventory and maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new RTB platforms, ad formats, and audience segments to improve performance.
- Develop and execute scaling strategies to increase the profitability of existing campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Account & Relationship Management
- Work closely with Account Managers from ad networks to negotiate premium placements, discounts, and exclusive opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with traffic providers, tech partners, and media reps to secure competitive advantages.
- Provide technical and strategic support to the companys affiliate managers and internal teams to optimize traffic monetization.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track, measure, and report on campaign KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, eCPM, LTV) with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on traffic sources, audience segments, and conversion behaviors to improve efficiency.
- Identify inefficiencies in campaign execution and implement strategies to maximize budget effectiveness.
Industry & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor competitor advertising strategies, benchmarking ad performance and placements against market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with ad tech innovations, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Recommend new media buying tools, AI-driven bidding solutions, and automation techniques to enhance efficiency.

- Campaign Profitability Achieve and maintain a positive ROAS across all campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Profile
3+ years of experience in Programmatic Media Buying, preferably in Online Dating, Adult, or High-Volume Performance Marketing. Deep understanding of CPC, CPM, Flat Rate, CPA, and hybrid bidding models. Strong technical knowledge of tracking solutions (Voluum, RedTrack) and S2S pixel implementation. Experience managing minimal as well as large ad budgets (\$50K+/mo) and optimizing high-volume traffic. Fluent English (spoken and written), with additional languages as a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, obsession with performance metrics. Ability to thrive in a self-driven entrepreneurial environment
