A fast-scaling international ad network, part of a long-established digital product group, is seeking a Senior Publishing Manager with leadership potential to join their growing team (remote or Cyprus-based). This role is vital for expanding high-quality publisher partnerships, negotiating strategic CPM and flat deals, and driving revenue growth.

What You'll Do:

• Source, negotiate, and close direct publisher deals to drive growth and margin
• Build long-term publisher relationships and ensure account satisfaction
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align traffic with ad performance goals
• Represent the company at global industry events
• Monitor KPIs, track CRM performance, and identify revenue opportunities
• Prepare performance reports and propose strategic enhancements
• Lead, support, and motivate a team of Publisher Managers (Team Lead track)
• Take ownership of team performance and process improvements

All About You:

• 3-4+ years experience in publisher acquisition and deal-making (CPM, CPC, flat deals)
• Strong commercial acumen and confident negotiation skills
• Data-driven with proven ability to hit revenue targets
• Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-focused, and highly adaptable
• Experience using CRM tools and performance reporting
• Collaborative team player with leadership ambition
• Previous experience in adult ad networks is a plus
• Prior team mentorship or management experience is beneficial
