Position:

As a Business Developer, based in Paris, you will collaborate closely with the Growth and Customer teams to achieve the objectives set by the Company.

Your role will be key to our growth and you will be responsible for recruiting new Top-Tier Creators in the adult vertical, both in the French market and in Europe in general.

You will be responsible for generating and converting inbound "Creator" leads by vertical and geographic location.

Your Profile:

Are you interested in how agencies work to support influencers in monetizing their content on platforms like ours, or have you already heard of agencies that help them develop their business on fan sites? Even without experience in this field, your curiosity and desire to learn could make a difference!

You are interested in the adult sector and its development in Southern Europe, even without proven experience in this field.

You are curious to learn more about the specifics of this market: trends, creators' needs, and audience expectations.

You want to develop communication skills adapted to this sector and are ready to address sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion.

You are interested in the main adult trade shows and events in the region, even if you haven't had the opportunity to participate yet. These events are key opportunities for networking and recruiting influential creators.

You have experience participating in and organizing project launch parties (Adult products are a plus), knowing how to create memorable and effective moments to maximize impact and engagement.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and are comfortable on the phone.

You have a hunter's soul.

You have a deep understanding of social media and analytics, with a focus on video across multiple platforms.

You're determined and have a taste for challenges.

You're proactive, versatile, and ready to become an expert in the Creator Economy!

You're fluent in English and proficient in another language: Spanish, Italian, or German.

Your main day-to-day tasks:

Part 1: Create a file of qualified Creator leads from scratch by vertical and geographic area

Independently update a file of leads to contact/market/country

Define the typical profiles to be sought by the Growth teams via scraping

Update the file for tracking and transmission to the Customer teams

Part 2: Manage all incoming lead pipelines from the Growth Team

Define and create automated (or not) strategies and pipelines to scale Creator recruitment

Choose and diversify contact channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Twitter DM)

Contact and qualify prospective Creators to gather relevant information and identify new recruitment opportunities

Recruit high-potential Creators in line with the objectives that will be defined for you

Part 3: Participate in the implementation of new processes and the opportunity to create and scale a sales department within the company.

Definition of optimizations to be made to the recruitment pitches, pipeline, and processes.

Analysis of the creator's journey.
