As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a crucial role in scaling the platforms growth across Europe. You'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier adult content creators while shaping the early-stage sales function. What You'll Do

• Build and manage a qualified leads database of creators by vertical and location

• Design and implement scalable, multichannel outreach campaigns (DMs, email, WhatsApp, phone, etc.)

• Qualify prospects, pitch the platform, and convert high-potential creators

• Collaborate closely with Growth and Customer teams to optimize onboarding and experience

• Contribute to the foundation of a scalable sales structure as the business expands

• Attend industry events and support launches to engage and recruit new talent

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships

• Comfortable discussing adult industry topics with professionalism and discretion

• Fluent in French and proficient in at least two additional languages: English, Spanish, Italian, or German

• Organized and data-driven with experience managing leads and building outreach pipelines

• Previous exposure to adult brand launches or event planning is a plus
