Job Description:
Remote position in Berlin
As Business Developer, based in Berlin, you will work closely with the Growth team to achieve objectives.
Your role will be key to our growth, and you will be responsible for recruiting new Top Third Creators in the adult vertical for the German, UK and Northern European markets.
You will be responsible for the transformation of inbound Creator leads by vertical and geographic location.
Your Profile:
- You know agencies that help influencers or agencies that help influencers monetize their content on Fansites .
- Ideally, you've been working in the adult world for many years, and the North European market (especially German and UK Markets) holds no secrets for you.
- You have a thorough understanding of market specifics, including trends, creators' needs and audience expectations.
- You've mastered the communication techniques appropriate to this sector and know how to approach sensitive subjects with professionalism and discretion.
- You are familiar with the main trade shows and adult events in the region:
Germany : Venus Berlin, E*otica Festival
UK : Eotica, Sehibition
Netherlands : Kamsutra Eotic Festival, Wasteland
Denmark : E*otic World Copenhagen
Sweden : AdultFair Stockholm
These events are key opportunities for networking and recruiting influential creators.
- You have experience of participating in and organizing launch parties for adult projects and products, knowing how to create memorable and effective moments to maximize impact and engagement.
- You have excellent interpersonal and telephone skills.
- You have a hunter's spirit.
- You have a thorough understanding of social media and analytics, with a focus on video across multiple platforms.
- You're determined and enjoy a challenge.
- You're proactive, versatile, and ready to become an expert in the Creator economy!

- You're fluent in English and German, and French is a plus.
Your main day-to-day tasks :
Part 1: From scratch creation of a file of qualified Creator leads by vertical and geographical area.
- Autonomous feeding of a file of leads to contact/market/country
- Definition of typical profiles to be researched by Growth teams via scrapping
- File update for follow-up and transmission to Customer teams
Part 2: Management of all incoming lead pipes from Team Growth
- Definition and creation of automated (or non-automated) strategies and pipelines for staggering Creator recruitment.
- Choice and diversification of contact levers (Phone, email, Whatsapp, DM Instagram, DM Twitter...)
- Contacting and qualifying prospective creators to gather relevant information and identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Recruit high-potential creators in line with your defined objectives
Part 3: Participation in the implementation of new processes and the opportunity to create and scale an SDR department.
- Definition of optimizations to be made to the arguments, pipeline and recruitment processes.
- Analysis of the creative process and communication of feedback to the Product and Customer Teams.
