Job Description:
The Opportunity
As our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), you will be the driving force behind our revenue strategy and execution, directly overseeing sales, marketing alignment, and customer growth initiatives. Reporting to the CEO, youll work cross-functionally with c-level team shaping the businesss commercial direction and driving sustainable, scalable revenue growth.
What Youll Do:
Build & Execute Revenue Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue roadmap across multiple business streams.
- Identify new market opportunities, revenue channels, and monetization models.
- Lead business growth initiatives, including acquisition strategies, upsells, and partnerships.
Drive Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Build and scale a high-performing sales and performance marketing team, driving inbound and outbound strategies.
- Oversee B2B and B2C customer acquisition efforts, ensuring conversion rate optimization.
- Engage directly in high-value deal negotiations, securing long-term partnerships.
- Improve customer success, driving retention and lifetime value.
Scale Marketing & Growth Initiatives
- Collaborate with the CMO to align marketing strategies with revenue objectives.
- Drive demand generation campaigns across performance marketing, SEO, and affiliates.
- Develop customer retention programs, loyalty initiatives, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner with the CPO and CTO to enhance product offerings based on market needs.
- Provide the CEO and leadership team with actionable revenue insights and forecasts.
Manage Revenue Operations & Performance
- Develop and monitor key revenue KPIs, including ARR, MRR, LTV, and CAC.
- Own revenue reporting, providing regular updates to the executive team and board.
- Build scalable processes and leverage automation tools to optimize sales efficiency.
Who You Are:
- 15+ years of experience driving revenue growth in dating, adult, SaaS, platforms, or digital ecosystems.
- Proven success in building and scaling high-performance sales and growth teams.
- Strong expertise in both B2B and B2C customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and performance campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with experience owning revenue targets and forecasting models.
- Exceptional communicator with experience engaging C-level clients and stakeholders.
