What You'll Do:

• Identify and onboard new direct advertisers to expand the ad network

• Negotiate CPM and flat-rate deals with high-value partners

• Sell ad placements and collaborate with internal publisher teams

• Manage advertiser relationships for long-term growth

• Explore new ad formats and revenue streams

• Analyze performance data and adjust strategies to optimize ROI

• Attend industry conferences to build partnerships and market presence

• Work cross-functionally to align advertiser and publisher goals

All About You:

• 4+ years of experience in a similar advertiser-facing role

• Strong negotiation and communication skills with creative sales tactics

• Deep understanding of CPM and flat deal structures

• Confident working with Ad-Server platforms

• Fluent in English

• Proven track record in building advertiser pipelines and growing revenue

• Existing network of direct advertisers

• Problem-solver with a proactive, independent mindset

• Good knowledge of ad formats and market pricing trends

• Experience in iGaming, online entertainment or nutra is a big plus
