What the Candidate Will Do
- Lead Generation: Contact businesses and other potential advertisers to provide high-quality leads.
- Sales Delivery: Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets.
- Flow Optimization: Identify, suggest, and test new operational flows based directly on advertisers' needs.
- Account Development: Drive account growth by identifying and executing new opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Data Analysis: Analyze marketing and sales data to uncover key insights and areas for improvement.
- Campaign Management: Continuously optimize campaigns to ensure maximum performance and efficiency.
- A/B Testing: Conduct split tests to refine strategies and improve overall campaign results.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen existing relationships with current marketing partners.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial business opportunities.
- Industry Representation: Occasionally represent the company at key industry conferences and networking events.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the online marketing industry is considered a distinct advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organization: Demonstrated organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commercial Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Technical Tools: Solid proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
