What the Candidate Will Do

  • Data Interpretation: Interpret complex data sets and analyze results utilizing critical thinking and advanced statistical techniques.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team to prioritize core business and marketing needs.
  • Decision Support: Develop, manage, and optimize data structures to fully support corporate decision-making frameworks.
  • Insight Generation: Generate actionable information and insights from diverse data sets, successfully identifying underlying trends and patterns.
  • Strategic Execution: Negotiate and execute high-impact marketing decisions based directly on data-driven analyses.
  • Market Exploration: Proactively locate, evaluate, and define new growth and marketing opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Produce, monitor, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company targets.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or another relevant field (or equivalent related professional experience).
  • Analytical Skills: Demonstrated analytical and quantitative capabilities, with a proven ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Tools: Solid proficiency in Excel. Prior experience with other data analysis and data visualization tools is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Communication: Proficient at clearly communicating, translating, and presenting complex findings to stakeholders.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written knowledge of the English language. Knowledge of any additional languages is considered a benefit.
