Sr Affiliate Manager
Job Description:
Sr. Affiliate Manager
Remote Role
LeadGen verticals (Insurance, Home Improvements, Loans, Pay Per Call).
Our client is seeking an experienced, driven, and strategic Affiliate Manager to join their remote team. As a performance agency and a founder-led team with direct access to exclusive offers, Client does not operate with a typical 9-to-5 mentality. This high-impact role is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys building lasting publisher relationships, and knows how to scale high-converting lead generation campaigns.
Working alongside experienced leadership in a high-growth environment, the successful candidate will have full ownership over their affiliate portfolio, managing sensitive verticals such as Insurance, Home Improvements, Loans, and Pay Per Call.
WITH US, YOU WILL . . .
- Own and manage affiliate relationships, focusing strictly on direct publishers rather than affiliate networks.
- Launch, optimize, and scale high-performing lead generation campaigns.
- Drive high-quality traffic to sensitive verticals using strategic acquisition tactics.
- Analyze critical campaign metrics (ROI, EPC, conversion rates) and proactively implement changes to improve performance.
- Work closely with the internal team to execute optimizations and ensure consistent revenue goals are met.
- Deliver regular performance reports utilizing tools like MS Excel and Google Docs.
- Stay on top of industry trends to continuously identify and test new traffic opportunities.
- Represent Client at key industry events and international conferences.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU . . .
- Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, specifically within LeadGen verticals (Insurance, Home Improvements, Loans, Pay Per Call).
- Publisher Network: A track record of successful collaboration with direct publishers rather than relying on affiliate networks.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of payment models (CPL, CPA, CPS) and a sharp ability to evaluate and maximize ROI.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tracking platforms (such as Affise or Everflow), postbacks, and tracking links, alongside comfort using Excel and Google Docs for data analysis.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages is considered a strong plus.
- Culture Fit: A proactive, organized, and commercially minded team player who thrives in a remote-first environment, builds rapport quickly, and is willing to put in the extra effort to succeed.
WHAT WE OFFER . . .
- Flexibility: A remote-first role with flexible working hours, free from a rigid 9-to-5 structure.
- Location Freedom: The ability to work from anywhere, ideally within or open to discussion around a European timezone.
- Compensation: A competitive base salary supplemented by a performance-based bonus.
- Structure: A professional B2B contract structure allowing the candidate to issue their own invoices.
- Collaboration: The opportunity to work directly with the company's leadership team.
- Networking: Clear opportunities to attend major industry events and conferences globally.
Important Note: This is not a junior or network-based position. Our client is specifically looking for an established professional who deeply understands quality traffic, knows how to protect sensitive offers, and is ready to bring immediate value to the table.
