Our client, a leading service provider in the digital advertising sector, is looking for a forward thinking Senior RTB Manager to take a strategic role in expanding and optimizing their programmatic advertising partnerships. You will be responsible for the full cycle of RTB partner management from identifying and onboarding high-potential DSP and SSP partners to ensuring ongoing performance and collaboration.

Working cross-functionally with their tech, sales, and compliance teams, you will ensure high standards of service, efficiency, and innovation are maintained. This is a key senior-level position with strong potential to make a significant impact on their global programmatic business.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and managing strategic RTB partnerships with DSPs and SSPs

  • Lead the partner pipeline: identify, qualify, and prioritize new integration opportunities

  • Own the full onboarding process for new partners, ensuring smooth and timely integrations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for programmatic partners, managing relationships to ensure long-term success

  • Analyze partner performance and implement optimization strategies to maximize yield

  • Work closely with our Tech and Product teams to improve integrations and resolve any technical issues

  • Monitor compliance and fraud concerns across RTB partners and ensure appropriate actions are taken

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to increase operational efficiency

  • Deliver training and updates to the sales team on RTB developments, partner updates, and market trends

  • Represent the company at industry conferences and tradeshows, helping to build and promote our brand globally

All About You

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus

  • 3+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, preferably within an SSP, DSP, or ad network

  • Hands-on experience with RTB integrations and a strong technical understanding of the programmatic ecosystem

  • Solid grasp of performance-based models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, etc.)

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders

  • Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable working with adult content

  • A genuine interest in digital marketing and advertising technology
