What the Candidate Will Do
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Help drive the planning, execution, and optimization of complex, large-scale RTB/programmatic campaigns across multiple networks.
- Setup & Optimization: Set up, optimize, and manage RTB/programmatic campaigns across multiple ad networks, utilizing a wide variety of ad formats.
- Advanced Methodology: Develop advanced bidding strategies, audience frameworks, and scaling methodologies.
- Performance Management: Provide day-to-day optimization to maximize ROI, efficiency, and long-term growth.
- Data Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover performance patterns, inefficiencies, and new opportunities.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Forecast campaign performance, manage pacing, and scale budgets smartly.
- Tracking & Measurement: Assist with tracking architecture and collaborate on advanced measurement setups (GA4, postback URLs, custom events, attribution models).
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and support junior buyers, providing training and direction.
- Creative Collaboration: Coordinate closely with creative teams to guide data-backed creative strategy and testing roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present performance insights, strategic recommendations, and testing results to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Innovation: Stay at the forefront of the programmatic space, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and workflow improvements.
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying on RTB.
- Format Expertise: Strong experience working with multiple major ad networks, utilizing ad formats including Banner, Native, Pre-roll, Push, and Pop-under.
- Financial Track Record: Proven track record managing large budgets, scaling winning strategies, and delivering strong ROI on CPC/CPM-based campaigns.
- Technical Depth: Deep understanding of RTB auctions, bidding logic, audience segmentation, and multi-channel programmatic environments.
- Tracking Skills: Experience working with complex tracking setups, including postbacks, server-to-server tracking, and attribution analytics.
- Data Proficiency: Strong proficiency in data analysis and performance forecasting; Excel/Sheets expertise is required.
- Analytics Tools: Experience with advanced reporting dashboards such as Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
- Technical Value-Add: Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations, present to leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Execution: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
