Job Title: Business Development Manager (Creator & Influencer Acquisition)

The Mission

Drive platform growth by scouting, onboarding, and managing high-value creators, independent models, and digital influencers. You will act as the strategic bridge between the platform and top-tier talent, leveraging your industry network to expand our market presence and maximize creator monetization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Scouting & Pipeline Management: Actively identify and recruit independent models, adult entertainment creators, and social media influencers to join the platform.

  • End-to-End Onboarding: Guide creators through the pitch, contract signing, and initial channel strategy setup to ensure long-term retention and early monetization success.

  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies, acting as their primary business consultant to optimize content performance and revenue generation.

  • Market Analysis & Networking: Stay ahead of trends in the creator economy, attending industry events and digital spaces to build a continuous pipeline of warm leads.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal marketing and product teams to design localized growth strategies, unique promotional campaigns, and exclusive content initiatives for high-profile talent.


Candidate Profile

  • Proven Business Development Track Record: 3+ years in business development, sales, or talent management, specifically within the Online Adult creator space.

  • Established Network: Direct access to independent models, agencies, or a robust network of digital influencers across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, and Twitch.

  • Strong Negotiation Skills: Comfortable discussing subscription models, commission structures, and contract terms with creators and legal representatives.

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Highly capable of analyzing performance metrics to show creators clear growth trajectories and monetization potential.

  • Discretion & Professionalism: High level of emotional intelligence and professional discretion when working with sensitive content and high-profile talent.
