The Events and Activations Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact events, activations, and experiential marketing strategies that engage audiences, elevate brand awareness, and drive consumer interaction. This individual will work closely with the marketing, creative, and operations teams to plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events and brand activations, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event and Activation Strategy: Lead the development and execution of strategic event and activation plans that enhance brand visibility, create meaningful customer experiences, and drive brand engagement.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute 360-degree brand activation campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timeline, and brand guidelines.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure that all events, activations, and experiential activities align with the companys brand identity, values, and objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, PR, sales, and creative to ensure all events and activations are cohesive and strategically integrated across all marketing channels.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Identify and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure seamless execution of events and activations.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and tracking of ROI for each activation and event.
  • Audience Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage and interact with target audiences, ensuring that events and activations create lasting brand impressions.
  • Post-event Analysis: Conduct post-event reviews to assess effectiveness, gather feedback, and report on key metrics, including brand impact, attendee engagement, and ROI.
  • Brand Ambassador Program: Develop and manage brand ambassador programs to enhance on-the-ground presence and amplify brand visibility during events and activations.
  • Innovative Concepts: Stay on top of trends in events and activations to ensure fresh and innovative ideas are incorporated into brand activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Events Management, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in events management, brand activation, experiential marketing, or a related role
  • Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and managing large-scale events and activations
  • Strong knowledge of event logistics, production, and execution
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong budget management skills and experience with vendor negotiations
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating memorable brand experiences
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus on brand objectives and KPIs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools/software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a consumer-focused industry, such as retail, tech, or lifestyle brands
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies to amplify events and activations
  • Strong network within the events and activation industry
  • Experience in brand partnerships and sponsorship management
