Restaurant Outlet Supervisor | Johor

About the Role:
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant outlet in Johor. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service excellence, and leading the outlet team to deliver a high-quality dining experience.

You will act as the key point of contact on the ground, managing operational challenges, coordinating with different stakeholders, and ensuring the outlet consistently meets performance and service standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of daily outlet operations
• Ensure smooth service flow and high standards of customer experience
• Supervise, guide, and support front-of-house and kitchen teams
• Address and resolve operational issues, customer feedback, and service recovery promptly
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline
• Coordinate with management, kitchen, and support teams to ensure operational alignment
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards
• Assist in inventory control, stock ordering, and cost management
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and brand standards
• Support in staff training and onboarding of new team members

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in managing or supervising outlet operations within the F&B industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership qualities with a hands-on and problem-solving mindset
• Customer-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Working Location:

Tebrau, Johor

Remuneration:

Up to MYR 4,000
