About the Company

The client is a Malaysian Engineering Consultant Firm, providing mechanical and electrical and project management services.

  • Role: Accounts & Admin Executive
    

Job Responsibilities:

  • To meet client and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
  • To prepare monthly sub-contractor progress claim.
  • To coordinate with Directors and Prepare Invoice to Client and ensure invoices submit on time.
  • To follow up customer payment collection and ensure payment to be received on time.
  • To allocate payment to supplier & creditor aging summary.
  • To Prepare engineer mileage claims.
  • To preparation of monthly schedule such as sales, collection and payment list.
  • Debtors and creditors reconciliations.
  • To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior., including administration tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in an engineering or construction consultancy environment is highly regarded.
  • Must be Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and associates.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    

Remuneration:
Up to RM4,000
