About the Company

A diversified real estate investment and management company, managing a 23-storey mixed commercial building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, niche real estate developments, and hospitality and leisure investments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and department heads or external stakeholders.
  • Executive Gatekeeper: Filter, review, and recommend action on all high-level correspondence and proposals.
  • Group Liaison: Coordinate between the MD and divisional leaders of subsidiary companies.
  • Governance: Manage board packs, minutes, resolutions, and group statutory compliance.
  • Financial Oversight: Supervise corporate banking uploads, approval requests, and petty cash.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the MD's corporate and personal properties, contractors, and vendors.
  • Project Support: Evaluate incoming investment proposals and track ongoing project deadlines.
  • Digital Filing: Maintain strict document management protocols using Evernote and cloud systems.
  • Proxy Representation: Attend strategic meetings and guide administrative staff group-wide.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in an executive support, administrative, or governance role.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in Company Secretarial work will be preferred.
  • Strong document review, summarization, coordination. analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management, project management and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and optimization tools.
  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.

Remunerations:
RM6,000 - RM7,500
