Senior Executive, Tender (Civil & Infrastructure) | 1 Year Contract

We're Hiring: Executive / Senior Executive, Tender (Civil & Infrastructure)

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive, Tender to work in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in tender coordination within infrastructure or building projects, with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage cross-functional collaboration effectively.

A leading civil engineering and construction firm, recognized as one of the top main contractors specializing in rail transit and underground space construction.

Location: Shah Alam
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Executive / Senior Executive, Tender
Term: 1 Year Contract (renewable or permanent depending on performance)
Salary Range: RM4,500 – RM8,000 (depends on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering / bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
• Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering / bidding activities and contract review;
• Coordinate customer's bid requirements within the various departments such as planning, QA/QC, HSE, Engineering, Production, etc., collate and compile all queries and requests for additional information for communication to customers;
• Assist Business Development & Tender department in cultivating good relationship with existing and potential associates / customers;
• Vet through incoming tenders and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirement and mode of submission;
• Collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission;
• Monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions;
• Ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. and in line with customer's tender requirements.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably in infrastructure, building, MRT/LRT projects
• Experience working with Main Contractors will be an added advantage
• Fluent in both English & Chinese
• Strong technical background with sound knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties
• Highly responsible and able to meet strict deadlines
• Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
• Team player with strong coordination and communication skills
