Our Client is a leading FMCG company specializing in snack foods and beverages with a strong regional presence. They operate multiple manufacturing plants and exports to over 80 countries worldwide, well known for continuous product innovation, strong branding, and diverse consumer-focused product lines.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and intuitive marketeer with good communication and strategic skills. Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective marketing plans to generate results. Have experience in strategic marketing planning, branding, and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Leadership: Take full ownership of brand strategy, from vision to execution. Build annual marketing plans that drive measurable business results and consumer love.
• Campaign Innovation: Design and launch best-in-class integrated campaigns—from concept to market execution. You'll have the freedom to think big and the resources to make it happen.
• Digital & Social Mastery: Lead our digital transformation with cutting-edge social media strategies that meet consumers where they live, scroll, and engage.
• Product Innovation: Partner with R&D and factory teams to bring new products to life—from consumer insights to packaging design to launch-day excitement.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 8 years in marketing roles within fast-paced FMCG, consumer goods, or brand-focused environments (regional or local experience welcomed).
• Proven campaign success in launching products or campaigns end-to-end and can share stories of what worked (and what you learned when things didn't).
• Strong foundation in the complete marketing mix—product, pricing, positioning, distribution, and promotion.
• Strategic thinking with creative execution—able to see the big picture and sweat the small details.
• Data-driven decision making: You're comfortable with spreadsheets, metrics, and analytics, but you balance numbers with creative intuition.
