Job Description:

We are seeking sales-driven, trilingual (English, Mandarin & Cantonese) Tech Support & Sales Consultant who can excel in both phone and chat channels, thrive in a high-performance, target-driven environment, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in multiple languages.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering, resolving customer issues, and upselling through chat within a growing customer base.
  • Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios.
  • Provide customers resolution/consultation with cutting-edge solutions in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner.
  • Remain updated in client and industry led processes, technology applications, utilities, and products.
  • Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing.
  • Transfer customers to appropriate departments when required.
  • Achieve individual performance targets, which may include metrics such as Customer Availability, Net Promoter Score, and daily sales.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills and excel at multitasking and prioritizing in a high-volume environment.
  • Conduct data entry, documentation, and case management.
  • Work and partner with others within a team-based environment.
  • Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Communication Skills

  • Strong written & verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
  • High level of comprehension, conversation flow, and chat etiquette.
  • Typing speed: 45 WPM with 90% accuracy.
  • Language assessment score: 3.5 and above.

2. Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of CMS (WordPress/Joomla), PHP, MySQL.
  • Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, FTP, SSH, and common error resolution.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and accurate data entry.

3. People & Sales Skills

  • Professional and courteous communication across cultures.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Skilled in handling objections, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Strong ownership of customer interactions.

4. People & Sales Skills

Remuneration:

MYR 3,800 (Basic Package)
