About the role
Adept Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented QAQC Engineer to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position, offering opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.
What you'll be doing
- Plan, coordinated and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QA/QC) across all project activities.
- Able to work independently and ensure proper project execution in each project phase meeting the client project quality requirement.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and maintain quality control statistic and quality report.
- Maintain a proper quality control filling and documentations.
- Follow up with contractors to ensure all quality issues are closed.
What we're looking for
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 4 years working experience in QAQC activities for construction works.
- Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QA/QC) and risk management practices.
- Intermediate Knowledge in Civil, structural, architectural is a must.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
- Ability to prioritize to meet strict deadlines.
