About the Company:

Founded in Singapore, the company is leading real estate agency operates as one of the region's largest listed real estate brokerages, delivering integrated services spanning residential, commercial, and industrial transactions, project marketing, investment sales, corporate leasing, and property valuation.

We are looking for a proactive Digital Content & Project Marketing Executive to drive video content, social media campaigns, and creative marketing strategies for the property project launches.

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Work Mode: Work from Office
Role: Digital Content & Project Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Planning & Creation: Develop creative marketing ideas, project IP, and personal/agent branding content for property launches.
  • Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook & YouTube Shorts), including walkthroughs, talking-head videos, and lifestyle content.
  • Copywriting & Scheduling: Write high-converting hooks, scripts, and captions while maintaining project content calendars.
  • Trend & AI Integration: Turn current social trends into property content and leverage AI tools, CapCut, and Canva to optimize production.
  • Campaign Support & Analytics: Work closely with Project & Sales teams on marketing campaigns and track performance metrics to boost engagement and drive leads.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong digital and social media sense with the ability to shoot and edit short-form videos independently.
  • Proficient with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu (XHS).
  • Proficiency in both Mandarin & English.
  • Hands-on experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Canva) and comfort utilizing AI tools for content creation.
  • Creative, proactive, fast-moving, and willing to experiment with new content formats.
  • Prior experience in real estate marketing is an advantage, but not compulsory.

Remunerations:
RM 3,500 - RM 4,500
