We're Hiring: Online Customer Support!

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support representative based in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate should be familiar in Saas platforms and possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to resolve issues or consult product details efficiently.


Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Online Customer Support

What You'll Do:

  • Support customers through chat, email, and phone
  • Help users understand and use the SaaS product
  • Troubleshoot account or system issues
  • Guide customers step-by-step when needed
  • Record customer issues and feedback
  • Work with technical teams to solve complex problem

What We're Looking For:

  • Familiar with SaaS platforms and cloud-based software
  • Good communication skills
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude
  • Basic computer and internet knowledge
  • Familiar with SaaS platforms and cloud-based software
  • Able to use CRM and helpdesk tools
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good English communication (written and spoken)
  • Able to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently

Remuneration

RM3,500
