We're Hiring: Online Customer Support!
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Support representative based in Shah Alam. The ideal candidate should be familiar in Saas platforms and possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to resolve issues or consult product details efficiently.
Location: Shah Alam, Selangor
Work Mode: Work From Office
Role: Online Customer Support
What You'll Do:
- Support customers through chat, email, and phone
- Help users understand and use the SaaS product
- Troubleshoot account or system issues
- Guide customers step-by-step when needed
- Record customer issues and feedback
- Work with technical teams to solve complex problem
What We're Looking For:
- Familiar with SaaS platforms and cloud-based software
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Familiar with SaaS platforms and cloud-based software
- Able to use CRM and helpdesk tools
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good English communication (written and spoken)
- Able to multitask and manage customer requests efficiently
