Job Responsibilities
You are expected to oversee and perform the end-to-end accounting process of the Company. This role requires candidate who is service-focused, self-driven and eager to grow. We are looking for talent who has strong ownership and is able to execute task assigned timely.
I. Accounting:
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
II. Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
III. Team Management:
- Lead and manage the accounting team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
IV. HR Process Management:
- Oversee and ensure monthly payroll are processed timely and accurately.
- Manage and work with HR junior personal on HR related task to ensure effective HR process is in place.
V. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives.
- Communicate financial performance and strategy to senior management and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting related role or audit firm
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
