About the Company
- A 23-storey mixed commercial building in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
Job Responsibilities
- To provide comprehensive organizational, secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director and completing tasks as directed.
- To work closely with the Managing Director through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefings and materials.
- To provide support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the Managing Directors office as and when required.
- To draft, prepare and review incoming and/or outgoing documents to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
- To coordinate reports and documentation for internal and external meetings.
- To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- To provide administrative services including diary management, booking meetings, planning events, organizing travels, preparing travel itineraries and prioritizing emails for the Managing Director.
- To follow up on action points from meetings and responding to queries on behalf of the Managing Director.
- To undertake any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post and/or as directed by the Managing Director.
- To liaise with internal and external stakeholders (personal driver, co-sec, finance, operation, contractors etc)
- To attend business meetings and networking events with Managing Director (non-entertainment events)
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree/Diploma or equivalent
- Candidates with working experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is an added advantage
- Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Mature, energetic and presentable
- Possess great organizational skills
- Has great attention to details
- Flexible to stand by after working hours and over the weekend
- Must be a problem-solver and solution-oriented
Remuneration
RM 6,000 - RM 10,000 (open for further discussion, based on experience)
