Maintenance Manager (HVAC)

About the Client
Established in Perak since 1974, our client is an Electrical & Air Conditioning Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain HVAC systems
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Check HVAC systems of buildings to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

Requirements

• Minimum a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• 5 years of experience in servicing or maintaining AC (after-sales)
• Has experience in maintaining HVAC system (VRV)
• Ability to lead a team and senior subordinates
• Excellent interpersonal skills, in order to deal with clients and other stakeholder

Remuneration
Negotiable based on experience
