About the job General Manager | F&B | Klang Valley

This is a great opportunity as a General Manager to work for a well-known and established Chinese Restaurant F&B chain. You will be overseeing the F&B operations of 16 Restaurant outlets across Malaysia. 

Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for managing all F&B service, restaurants, and day-to-day operations within authorized guidelines and to company-established standards.
    • Manages the all-day dining and bar outlets.
    • Responsible for proposing menus, F&B service-related purchases and continuously making necessary improvements.
    • Responsible for creating and enforcing restaurant/bar policies, targets, and KPIs.
    • Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
    • Responsible for establishing targets, KPIs, duty rosters, schedules, policies, and procedures.
    • Responsible to comply with all food, beverage, health, and safety regulations
    • Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering supplies for the restaurant, as well as beverages for the bar.
    • Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
    • Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage service staff.
    • Outlet visitation if applicable.
    • Keeping up to date with industry trends.

    Requirements

    • A certificate, diploma, or degree in Food & Beverage Management / Bar Management is preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality/food & beverage/bar industry, emphasizing on service and bar management.
    • Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
    • Previous experience managing multiple F&B outlets is a big plus.
