About the job General Manager | F&B | Klang Valley
This is a great opportunity as a General Manager to work for a well-known and established Chinese Restaurant F&B chain. You will be overseeing the F&B operations of 16 Restaurant outlets across Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing all F&B service, restaurants, and day-to-day operations within authorized guidelines and to company-established standards.
- Manages the all-day dining and bar outlets.
- Responsible for proposing menus, F&B service-related purchases and continuously making necessary improvements.
- Responsible for creating and enforcing restaurant/bar policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
- Responsible for establishing targets, KPIs, duty rosters, schedules, policies, and procedures.
- Responsible to comply with all food, beverage, health, and safety regulations
- Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering supplies for the restaurant, as well as beverages for the bar.
- Building positive relationships with food and beverage vendors.
- Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage service staff.
- Outlet visitation if applicable.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.
Requirements
- A certificate, diploma, or degree in Food & Beverage Management / Bar Management is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality/food & beverage/bar industry, emphasizing on service and bar management.
- Must be able to communicate (read and write) in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Knowledge of Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Previous experience managing multiple F&B outlets is a big plus.
