About Our Client:
A tourism company operating an Eco resort at Raub, Pahang. The nature of business is Agro/Eco tourism which surrounded by the nature view of emerald-green grasslands while breathing faint aroma of the king of the fruits.
The company staff capacity is well over 50+ people, and the headquarter office is located at Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Job Responsibilities:
- To oversee and manage all administrative support activities including purchases of office equipment and supplies, transport arrangements, office security and maintenance etc. and ensure office cleanliness.
- To prepare human resource and administration related reports as required by superior.
- To issue Purchase Order to suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers on deliveries related matters, eg. quotation, invoice, credit terms and etc.
- To liaise with auditor and company secretary on all documentations related matters.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Management (Business Administration or equivalent)
- Has good knowledge in Human Resource & Administrative functions.
- Required skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and any other relevant word programs.
- Able to work independently, good attitude and good inter-personal.
- Good command in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken.
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Remuneration:
- RM 3,000 - RM 4,000
