Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide accurate advice and information to customers based on their enquiries.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Responding quickly and efficiently to company general enquiries on Helpdesk, WhatsApp, WeChat, Email, Telegram, Facebook, Discord and/or other social platforms.
  • Collaborate with other teams/managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service or other areas.
  • Handle customer's complaints / feedback and update to management.
  • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Following customer support & communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Support the company in a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks.
  • Answer calls.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Familiarity with IT troubleshooting and support is a plus
  • Experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM systems and mobile applications work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases and critical thinking skills
  • Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant


Remuneration:

MYR 3,000 - MYR 4,500 

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri | 9 am - 6 pm (May occasionally be required to work overtime or on weekends for events)
