About the company:
Our client is a boutique Software House that offers unique IT products and services.
Summary
- Facilitate and run daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that support business goals, in collaboration with senior management.
- Prepare system documentation, e.g., functional specification, and user manual, etc.
- Act as a mediator between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals and milestones.
- Work with developers to support and conduct end user acceptance testing.
- Work with business parties to confirm delivery schedule and follow up the system implementation.
To help team lead or project manager to build up team business domain knowledge including business knowledge repository maintenance, new joiners business knowledge training up. - Translate client requirements into detailed project documentation and actionable tasks for development teams.
- Create comprehensive project timelines, plans, and work breakdown structures to ensure deliverables are met on time.
- Monitor and report on project progress, manage project risks, resolve issues, and negotiate solutions to ensure projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Utilize Jira software for task tracking, backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization of development tasks.
- Perform requirement analysis, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis as part of business analyst responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the development team and promote continuous improvement by integrating innovative techniques and tools into the project management process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in IT related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of application development experience as SA or BA role
- Ability to identify and define requirements via multiple scenarios to assess the real business problems, and subsequently validate with business & end users for any update.
- Able to understand, explain and effectively convey requirements and business scenarios to business, end users and technical teams.
- Excellent writing skills and good verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin is required.
Work-Mode:
Mon-Thurs - Fully in office
Friday - WFH
Remuneration:
Up to MYR 15,000 (Depending on experience & skillsets)
