Job Description:
- Lead and manage the project development team, including interior designers and maintenance personnel.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of retail development projects and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Lead the interior design team to ensure design concepts meet project requirements and brand standards.
- Review and approve design plans, layouts, and materials.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage risks to avoid project delays and additional costs.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to the management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all project activities and documentation.
- Manage the application and renewal of utilities and licenses required for retail operations.
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained in a timely manner.

Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design (ID) or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years & above of experience in project management, with a focus on the food retail industry.
- Candidates with ID background will be highly preferred
- Proven experience in leading and managing project teams.
- Strong knowledge of food retail requirements and regulations.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin is a must
Remuneration:
RM 8,000 - RM 15,000
