About the Company
We are an innovative functional materials and innovative device leader with a company size of 400. We are focused on integrated research and development, manufacturing and sales of EMI shielding materials, thermal interface materials, wave-absorbing materials and ferrite.
The company owns subsidiaries in Chongqing, Zhejiang with offices around the globe in places such as the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and now in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
- Comprehensive HR Management: Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and leave management.
- Employee Relations Management: Assist in local employee recruitment and handle employee relations matters such as disciplinary issues, complaints, and inquiries.
- Compensation and Expense Management: Responsible for payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements, ensuring strict adherence to HR policies and maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
- Employee Confirmation and Performance Management: Organize employee confirmations, design KPIs, conduct annual performance evaluations, and manage year-end bonuses.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR management, covering recruitment, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR policies.
- Experience in managing employee relations, handling disciplinary actions, complaints, and inquiries.
- Proven ability to manage payroll processing, expense reimbursements, and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
- Ability to design and implement KPIs, conduct performance evaluations, and manage year-end bonuses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with employees and management.
- Strong organizational skills for handling multiple HR functions and maintaining accurate records.
- Experience in developing training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Proficiency in HR software.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflicts effectively.
