Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership, setting clear objectives and performance
    expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Has prior established contacts and able to generate sales immediately.
  • Leverage your extensive professional network in the Malaysian manufacturing
    space to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Drive market expansion initiatives, targeting key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Malaysian manufacturing and automation
  • industry to position our products and services effectively.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Cultivate and nurture strategic relationships with key clients, partners, and
    stakeholders in the Malaysian market.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Streamline and systemize the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices for lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports, providing regular updates to the executive team.
  • Implement a data-driven approach to measure and analyze sales performance
    metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in robotics and/or automation solutions sales.
  • proven track record in business development and bringing in new accounts.
  • Good verbal communication and industry knowledge.

Remuneration:

MYR 12,000 - MYR 18,000
