Job Description :
1. Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
2. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
3. Create and implement go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
4. Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
5. Identify and build relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.
6. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and consumer engagement.
8. Oversee the development of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
9. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all channels.
10. Develop and manage the commercial budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
11. Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies. Monitor financial performance, including sales forecasts, margins, and profitability.
Job Requirement :
- Qualification: At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Working Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales and marketing within the FMCG industry, preferably in the dairy or beverage sector.

Remuneration:
Up to MYR 18,000 + MYR 1,200 (Flexible Benefit) + 13th Month Bonus + Performance Bonus
