Job Description
As a bilingual Customer Support Consultant, you will provide first class customer service to clients via phone calls, live chat, and e-mail. You are also expected to:
Responsibilities
- Assist customers via Korean and English language;
- Use provided tools and resources to resolve customer issues;
- Adhere to client-defined processes and procedures and company policies;
- Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements;
- Meet pre-determined targets; and
- Ensure proper documentation of activities in the client tool pertaining to customer problems, requests and actions taken.
Requirements
- Korean speaker able to converse in English
- Korean written and verbal communication skills
- Earned a Bachelor's Degree
- Preferably with 1 year of Customer Service experience in call center
- Working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
- Strong Customer Service Skills
Working Hours
24 hours rotational shifts | 5 working days in a week
