Job Scope:

• Develop sales, implement sales plan in coordination with marketing plans
• Manager a team of sales professionals (Sales Managers & Promoters)
• Participate to the elaboration of the marketing plans
• Synergize the promotion of our products and brands
• Manage and develop appointed Dealers/Trade partners
• Manage and implement sales target for appointed Dealers/Trade partners
• Achievement of company budgets

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum a Diploma
• Minimum 5-9 years sales experience in home appliances
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members
• Strong track record in sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• High level of commitment and drive
• Organized, independent, resourceful
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Possesses a Class 3 driving license and owns a vehicle

Salary:

Up to MYR 15,000 (Basic)
