Job Descriptions:

  • Communication: Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive. Draft and proofread documents, emails, and presentations.
  • Office Management: Organize and maintain files, office supplies, and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Personal Errands: Run personal errands for the executive as needed, such as scheduling appointments, handling personal mail, and making reservations.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and tasks with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Task Management: Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow up on action items to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Research: Conduct research on various topics as needed to support the executives decision-making and planning.
  • Other Duties: Assist with other administrative or personal tasks as required by the executive.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • A high degree of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
