About the Company:
Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking investment holding company focusing on generating long-term rental income through strategic real estate investments.
With an impressive property portfolio valued at RM100 million, our company specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of income-generating properties, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use assets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting and Financial Management:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for all properties, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
- Manage the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Oversee the collection and processing of rental payments and other income-related transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of operational expenses (e.g., utilities, maintenance, insurance, taxes).
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting for property operations.
- Liaise with external auditors for annual audits and compliance.
- Track and manage accounts payable and receivable for all properties.
- Ensure that all property-related financial transactions comply with local accounting standards and regulations.
2. Administrative and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate tenant records, lease files, and property documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external reports related to financial performance and property operations.
- Provide support to senior management in decision-making processes through financial and operational analysis.
- Coordinate timing and meeting for leasing activities, including property showings, lease negotiations, and renewals.
- Monitor and report on property occupancy rates, market trends, and opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal requirement and company policies.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including both residential and commercial properties.
- Maintain and manage tenant relationships, ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor and ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of properties, liaising with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in accounting (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, property management, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with financial accounting systems.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with property management functions, including lease administration, tenant relations, and maintenance management, is a plus.
- Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Remuneration:
Up to MYR 6,000
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday | 9am - 5pm
Saturday | 9am - 1pm (Bi-weekly basis - Once every 2 weeks)
