About the company:

The company is a global leader in design services and franchised distribution for semiconductors and networking products. They provide services and high-value products, including semiconductor components, electronic devices, network equipment and software, primarily to Japanese and foreign electrical and electronics manufacturers who lead the information and telecommunication industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with Field Sales on Request for Quote (RFQ) and facilitate prompt quotations to customers
  • Help manage and grow assigned customers to achieve sales and profit objectives
  • Provide effective support to customers to gain market share
  • Update quote master file for sales department reference
  • Consolidate and submit regular reports

Requirements:

  • A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant inside sales / customer service experience in electronics components distribution business preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with good analytical skills to handle data and pricing information effectively
  • Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
