About the company:
The company is a global leader in design services and franchised distribution for semiconductors and networking products. They provide services and high-value products, including semiconductor components, electronic devices, network equipment and software, primarily to Japanese and foreign electrical and electronics manufacturers who lead the information and telecommunication industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Field Sales on Request for Quote (RFQ) and facilitate prompt quotations to customers
- Help manage and grow assigned customers to achieve sales and profit objectives
- Provide effective support to customers to gain market share
- Update quote master file for sales department reference
- Consolidate and submit regular reports
Requirements:
- A minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field
- 2 to 3 years of relevant inside sales / customer service experience in electronics components distribution business preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel, with good analytical skills to handle data and pricing information effectively
- Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
