Job Responsibilities
- Run project financial analysis and investment calculation and to assist in preparation of documentation for internal approvals.
- Assist in on-going support to investment projects post-close.
- Assist in RAM annual review for debt facilities e.g. Sukuk Programme
- Preparation of 5 years projection and funding strategy for business plan and board paper
- Preparation of annual report for Sukuk Programme
- Perform financial analysis and performance review of business units within the Group, including (but not limited to) project accounting, costing and return on investment analysis to support senior management's investment decisions.
- Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. bankers, rating agencies, trustee, stakeholders etc.
- To perform the coupon payment of Sukuk, BNM fee, agency fee and other relevant fee pertaining to the Sukuk programme
- To ensure the Sukuks covenants are complied and to liaise with the Principal Adviser, Trustee and Investors on the queries they have pertaining to our company and/or projects.
- To update the group model on a quarterly basis and prepare the slide of P&L and CF for the Board
- Perform ESG assessment along with RAM Sustainability
- Assisting on the project financing as well as will be the liaison for the financing process.
- Arrange new sources of finance and debt facilities where relevant
- Drive the implementation of business best practice and processes, including keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
- Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the Head of Corporate Finance Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management as and when is necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or related; Masters Degree and/or professional qualifications (eg: ACCA, CFA, etc.) are desirable and added advantage;
- Relevant working experience of up to 4-6 years would be an added advantage;
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and financial modelling (Microsoft Excel);
- A team player with good leadership qualities and is committed to work, driven, proactive, organised, resourceful and is able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Remuneration:
RM 6,000 - RM 8,000 (depending on experience)
