Responsibilities
- SIGE EPI tool daily maintenance, and in-line SPC/defect/Equipment abnormality handling and product disposition.
- New product pilot wafer handling, APC setup and maintenance.
- New tool evaluation and establish process parameters for new EPI tool ensure line stability.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive capability, productivity improvements and cost down project.
- Co-work with TD teams for new product development and optimization.
- Develop/improve SOPs for wafer disposition and equipment recovery.
- Mentoring, coaching and training of Junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering , Electrical Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or other science fields.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities related to semiconductor equipment and processes.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience of diffusion TD/module on SIGE EPI process tool.
- Well understanding AMAT EPI process equipment structure and working theory.
- Well understanding of SiGe EPI relevant metrology on XRD, SCD, ELLISO, SIMS, TEM.
- 22/28 nanometer and below advance technology nodes experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of process development, optimization and troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership skills in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects related to process improvement or technology transfer.
- Ability to analyze complex process issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Experience skills including SPC, 8D reporting, DOE, FMEA and PMO is preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work independently as needed.
- Able to conduct and complete cross department projects.
- Experienced in leading a small group of people to meet production demands.
- Proficiency with computer software such as MS Office and specialized equipment software.
