Job Responsibilities:
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Develop and monitor marketing campaigns.
- Manage and oversee all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Coordinate and negotiate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
- Work with a team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and digital ad campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their best practices, and website analytics.
- Proficiency in using website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
- Candidates with prior experiences in iGaming B2B/B2C marketing or advertising will be given priority.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Building, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns.

- Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
- Familiar with SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, website management and digital advertising
Location:
Manila, Philippines
Remuneration:
PHP 35,000 - 60,000 monthly
