Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Develop and monitor marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
  • Coordinate and negotiate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
  • Work with a team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and digital ad campaigns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their best practices, and website analytics.
  • Proficiency in using website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates.
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Candidates with prior experiences in iGaming B2B/B2C marketing or advertising will be given priority.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Building, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns.

  • Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
  • Familiar with SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, website management and digital advertising

Location:

Manila, Philippines

Remuneration:

PHP 35,000 - 60,000 monthly
