Project Manager (Civil Engineering)

About Our Client
Our client is an award winning Property Development company that focuses on high quality residential and commercial properties. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate and expedite project activities to ensure effective time, cost, quality and environmental management.
• To consult and cooperate with line managers, colleagues as well as authorities to ensure timely completion of operational and functional goals.
• To prepare and administer guidelines and SOPs to ensure compliance with the company standards.
• To monitor and check contractors and consultants work progress to ensure effective time, cost, quality and environmental management and that the works are in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• To facilitate in defect rectification and handing over keys during Vacant Possession of units.
• To involve in township development which includes investment properties
  

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8- 10 years of experience, with a minimal of 3-5 years of managerial capacity in the construction management or Project Management (from KM/DO to CCC)
• Possess knowledge and/or familiar with Quality & Environmental Management
• System, Schedule Waste Management, Environmental Aspect Impact and Environmental Legal & Other Requirement.
• Computer literate, ie : MS Office.
• Proficient in English, BM & Mandarin
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-versed in the processes of a project development

Remuneration
Up to MYR 12,000
