Key Reponsibilities:
- Identify customer needs: Build rapport with customers to understand their current and future needs
- Provide technical information: Answer questions and provide technical information about products, services, or equipment
- Prepare presentations: Create technical presentations to explain products and services to customers
- Collaborate with sales teams: Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide sales support
- Engineer adaptations: Modify products, equipment, and services to meet customer needs
- Negotiate prices: Negotiate prices and secure orders
- Arrange deliveries: Arrange deliveries and ensure product standards are met
- Provide customer support: Help customers troubleshoot issues with installed equipment
- Recommend improvements: Recommend new or improved products, resources, or materials to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or technical sales, preferably in industrial products or tank sales.
- Strong understanding of tank products, including materials, design, and technical specifications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
